DamWorks Connection is a Boulder City organization with the mission to create economic development for our local businesses and community. We connect motivated job seekers to real career opportunities, while helping local employers build the qualified workforce they need to grow.

We manage government workforce programs at the federal, state, and city level, bringing structured training and employer partnerships together under one roof. Our services are offered bilingually in English and Spanish, and we’re proud to partner with local businesses like Bistro Chinese Restaurant who are actively hiring through our programs.
